; A report was published last week of the honesty of an Auckland taxi-driver in returinng a £IOO note to. its owner. But (says the Dominion) Auckland taxi-drivers have nothing on Wellington tramwaymen, one of whom picked up an unsealed letter outside Lambton Station containing a £1 note. He promptly returned the money to the address on the. envelope and thereby earned the gratitude of a missionary about to-sail for China.
