GIG ACCIDENT,
LITTLE GIRL INJURED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) TE AROHA, Saturday. This morning an accident occurred on the bitumen-surfaced road in Kenrick Street. Mr and Mrs Hugh Hickey were driving to Te Aroha in a gig when the horse slipped and fell heavily. Both shafts of the vehicle were broken off and the occupants were thrown out, on to the hard roadway, Mr and Mrs Hickey escaping with a severe shaking but their little girl Kathleen sustained cuts on her knees, bruises and abrasions to the bodi-.
