Itis scores yesterday were par 72 twice. To-day he had a G 9 and 71. Jones' victory was complete. HAGEN AND KIRKWOOD. SCORE A WIN. SYDNEY, April 2. Walter Hagen and J. H. Kirkwood played a four-ball, best-ball match at the Concord links to-day against W. Dobson and T. Howard. The conditions were ideal, and there was a large gallery. Hagen and Kirkwood won 5 up and 4. Although Hagen was new to the course, he equalled the record of 70. Kirkwood had a stroke round of 66. It was his day of triumph. His approaching and putting were sensational and virtually decided the match.
