CLAIM FOR £35,000. DR. RAYNER AND THE CROWN. WELLINGTON, Wednesday. The case in which Frederick John Raynor, dental surgeon, of Auckland, claims £35,000 from the Crown as money alleged to be due under an agreement for the purchase of 5141 acres of standing timber, was continued before the Court of Appeal today. After hearing legal argument the Court adjourned.
