TO GO UNDER CANVAS
WAIKATO HOSPITAL PATIENTS. IMPROVEMENTS TO WARD. The patients in the isolation ward al the Waikato Hospital will shortly go under canvas. This course is necessitated owing to lhc erection ol' a second storey on the isolation ward which is about to be commenced. The work is expected to occupy about three months. A large marquee has been procured by the hoard for the accommodation of the patients. This will be properly heated and fitted up, and will be reminiscent, somewhat, of the field hospitals of war days.
