INSPECTION BY BRIGADIER.

The Waikato Mounted Rifles, who are now in camp at Hopu llopu, were inspected to-day by Brigadier 11. R. Potter, officer commanding the Northern Command. After squadron drill and other exercises had been performed the brigadier expressed himself well satisfied with the efficiency of the unit. With the advantage of fine weather the camp, which will close on Wednesday, lias so far been very successful. *
