I LOCAL OBSERVATIONS. Miss Budd, manager of the optician business in the estate of the late Mr J. Bremner, supplies the following observations on the weather;— Barometer. Thursday 30.05 | Friday .■ 30.40 I Thermometer. | Max. Min. Thursday 64.00 40.00 Friday 62.00 40.00 Barometer very high and steady at 30.40. Indications are for continued fair weather with cooler temperature and brisk southerly winds. Mean \ temperature 51 degrees. The Weather Bureau wires for 24 hours from 9 a.m. this day: The indications are for variable and moderate breezes. There is a prospect of fine weather, days bright, and nights cold. Barometer has a rising tendency but little movement. YESTERDAY’S WEATHER.
