TEXTILE INDUSTRY.
BALLOT IN YORKSHIRE. EMPLOYERS' PROPOSAL REJECTED. (Received March 20, Itlil a.m.) L<>NlH>\. March 25. Two hundred thousand workers in (he wool and textile industry in Yorkshire held a ballot, which by 72.1 per rent, rejected the employers’ proposal for wages, hut 21.2 per cent, were in favour of acceptance and 0.7 per cent, neutral.
