THE OLV.YSPIC GAMES
CRITICISM OF REPRESENTATION
(By Teleariioli. —Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Tuesday
'There was strong criticism at a meeting of the local swimming centre of Now Zealand's representation at the Olympic games. Speakers asserted that nothing more was ever heard of llio.se who went away, and they did nothing after returning, and were scarcely ever seen again. Notwithstanding this, it was decided to approve of representation at the Empire sports, and Bridson, Calder and Moorehouse were recommended in that order. It was, however, decided the centre would not give more than £l5O to the fund.
