THE THAMES CLUB.
MEETING ON SATURDAY*. The annual meting of the Thames Trotting Club will he held on Saturday next, April 5, at the Club’s headquarters at Parawai. A fine list of acceplances has been received and the Goldfields Club is promised a very successful meeting. The Thames Cup has drawn sixteen horses of a very even class and in addition to selections taking a wide range a keen race is assured for the leading event of ih<' programme. In every race the sr me favourable results are assured and a big attendance of patrons can he anticipated. A special train will leave Frankton at 7.50 on Saturday] morning, Hamilton 7.58, Morrinsville 8.5, arriving at Thames at 10.50. This train will leave Thames, on the return journey, at 6.15 pun.. 1
