RIVAL SYSTEMS.

REPORT BY EXPERTS. United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel. —Copyright. LONDON, March 24. The report of the independent experts on the wireless systems, to which Right Hon. 11. B. Lees-Smith (Postmaster-General) referred in the House of Commons earlier in the month, is published as a White Paper. It is the statement of Dr. F. E. Smith and Professor G. Howe, and is highly technical, but it advises that the lowmasted post office system will ultimately provide alternative wave lengths more cheaply than the larger aerial, and there is nothing to choose between the efficiency of the two at the moment.
