ECONOMIC PRESSURE EASED. United Press Assn.—Elen. Tel.—Copyright. (Received March 25, 1.1.30 a.m.) MOSCOW, March 23. The Central Executive of ttic Soviet Government has ordered the cessation of economic pressure amounting lo persecution of all disenfranchised members of the population. Ibis ending Ihe campaign to rid the rilies and indtisIrial areas of all unfriendly elements. These will now he given lodging allowances and food rations, also tiermission lo build houses, and send their children lo tile State schools. Complete citizenship is restored to all self-supporting members of families provided they are engaged in reproductive labour.
