LADY DIANA BRIDGEMAN.

A REGISTER OFFICE BRIDE. Lady Diana- Bridgeman, the pretty 22-year-old daughter of the Earl and Countess of Bradford, was married to Sir Robert Abdy at Prince’s Row Register Office, Westminster, recently. The fact that thef were engaged became known only a few days previously. Lady Diana, who was the youngest bridesmaid at the wedding of Princess Mary, drove up to the register office with her father and mother. The bridegroom had arrived a quarter of an hour earlier. Lady Diana was wearing a tweed coat and a close-fitting scarlet hat. The only witnesses of the simple ceremony were the bride’s father and mother and a friend of the bridegroom. The proceedings lasted barely ten minutes. The couple left immediately for Victoria, and ft is understood that they are syending their honeymoon on the Continent.
