PROPERTY LEFT IN ENGLAND. Marshal Ferdinand Foch, Command-er-in-Chief of the Allied Armies m France in 1918, left property in England valued at £G2o. die leaves practically the whole of his property to his .wife, and the will goes on lo read: — “1 desire to he buried ■wherever she may think fit., so that we may rest side by "side—at Plonjcan most likely. "“I beg of her to hand a few of the souvenirs which were given to me in France or in the Allied Countries to my former war officers, General Weygand. Gal Destiken, Gal* Pagczoy, Pupier, Boutal. “Also to hand some articles of uniform or equipment to tiie Polytechnic School and the Museum of the Army. •hi bequeath the? remainder of these articles which shall not be kept in the family to the Town of Tarbes for a collection in memory of one of its children, Marshal of France, of Great Britain, and of Poland.”
