ALPINE CONDITIONS IN A FACTORY The increasing demand for chocolates and confections of quality has necsesitated Hie erection in Auckland recently of a fine new building which houses the office and factory of Nesllc's, whose chocolate productions are renowned the world over for consistent high quality. In order lo main tain this consistent high quality it was necessary to control the inside atmospheric conditions of this modern factory, so. that the process of manufacture is carried out in an atmosphere and under conditions akin to those of Switzerland. This has been done perfectly and the plant may be described as the most modern equipment in Australasia. The establishment of this factory has Si ven employment to many New Zealanders in a comparatively new industry for New Zealand.
