OBITUARY.

MR. J. P O’MALLEY. CHRISTCHURCH, Monday. The death is announced of Mr. James Patrick O’Malley, aged S 3, licensee of the Terminus Hotel, at Otira. Deceased was formerly ow-ner of the Bealey Hotel, and was one of the few men in New Zealand who have held two licenses at one Lime.

IVIR LINDSAY HART. AUCKLAND, Monday. The death of Mr Lindsay Hart, well known in the city, occurred at Takapuna on Saturday night. Mr Hart was the youngest son of the late Mr E. T. Hart, who was for many years headmaster of the Beresford Street School. He is survived by his mother and brother, Mr Bryce Hart.
