This property which is situated on the Gordonton-Taupiri road about 10 miles from Hamilton consists of 120 acres of which about half is undulating land with a good dark brown loam soil and is sown down in customary dairy pastures. The balance is good quality peat swamps adequately drained. The boundaries are ring-fenced while there are seven subdivisions of cattle fencing with water in every paddock. Buildings on the property consist of a three-roomed cottage, three-bail milking plant and trap-shed or engine room.
