CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH

CO CERT AT RAGLAN. Raglan had a musical treat when a concert party from Hamilton gave an entertainment, in aid of the funds of ihe Congregational Church. Humorous items by Mr Absolurn were much enjoyed, as wore violin solos by Miss E. JJiggolf, and songs by .Mrs F. Mason. Other enjoyable items were contributed by Mesdames Linderand Bartholomew, Misses AY. James S. and E. Primrose, and Mr F. Mason. The Rev. .T. M. Smooth acted as chairman, and briefly thanked MiMason and the performers, and also thanked Mr I”. A'. Stewart for the ■trouble he had taken in organising the' entertainment.
