FURTHER LITIGATION. APPEAL AGAINST JUDGMENT, United Tress Assn. —Elec. Tel. — Copyright. SYDNEY, March 20. Sydney Ferries, Limited, has lodged notice of appeal lo the Full Court against the judgment of Mr Justice Halse Rogers in the action arising out of the .collision between the Tahiti and the Greycliffe, which was delivered on December 20 last.. An application by the Union Steam Ship Company that the Ferry Company, the plaintiff, should pay the costs of that action, was refused today by Mr Justice liaise Rogers, who directed that the Ferry Company should be liable only for its own general costs, and not for the costs of its rebuttal of the evidence brought by the defendant.
