BULL IN COUNCIL ROOM.
During a bull-fight at Alherca, in Spain, in an improvised bull-ring, the bull jumped over the barrier. Dashing through (he panic-stricken spectators, it mounted the steps of the Town Hall and burst into the council chamber. Three persons who hart taken refuge there, were injured. The bull was finally killed on the balcony at the building- . -
