Sidney Henry Fox who is being tried for the alleged murder of ids mother at the Hotel Melropolc, 'Margale, in October, 1929, admitted hi cross-examination that lie had been cited as correspondent in a case of Captain Morse against his wife who was a wealthy Australian and returned to Australia in 1929. She had lived with him and Ids mother for three years and Mrs Morse had loaned them money. He insured tier life at her request, and she willed him lhe money.
