POLICE COURT.
AT WQARSJAWAHJA. At the Ngaruawahia Court sitting on Wednesday, before Messrs H. Marsland and F. Jackson, J'.’sP., William Kanawa was convicted and fined £5 and witnesses’ expenses 10s, and ordered to make restitution of £2 3s for the theft on December 28, of benzine, a motor-jack and a pump, the property of J. Foster, Te Akatea. Prohibition orders were made against Geo. Earle, Mine Earle, Geo. Hall, J. O’Leary and Percy Edmonds.
