The following were the results: MAIDEN RACE, G fur, weight-lor-age.—Kiwinui (Anderson), 8.11, m Bolton Abbey (MeTavish), 9.0, Winter Boy (Dulieu), 9.0, 3. Winner led the field and won easily. Time, 1.17. SHORTS HANDICAP, 6 fur. The Jack Jumper (Forbes), 8.2, 1 N Hign Tide (Gitmour), 8.10, 2; Index (Tt ner), 7.9, 3. Won by a length, two lengths between second and thira. Time, I.IG 4-5. 1 BAY of PLENTY CUP, U miles.— Waitekohe (MeTavish), 9.2, 1; Tokaroa (Anderson), 8.12, 2; Otangihakau (Forbes), 8.0, 3. The winner was trained and owned by A. Mark, me winner nearly came down at the louifurlong post, and lost ground. " 5 race was won by a head, with a head separating second and third. Time, 2.13. RAILWAY HANDICAP, 7 fur.—'Tokaroa (Anderson), B.G. 1 ; High Tide (Uilmour), 8.10, 2; Index (turner), 7.9, 3. Won by two lengths, wilii half a length separating Hie second and third horses. Time, 1.31. LADIES’ BRACELET, G fur; all 11.0. —Kiwinui (A. Stuart), 1; Bryan (O'Brien), 2; Lovely Boy (Smythe), 3. Won by a head, with three lengths between second and third. Time, 1.17. FLYING HANDICAP, 6 fur.—Bay 13’Or (Anderson). 8.7, 1; The Jack Jumper (Forbes), 8.2, 2; High Tide (Turner), 8.10, 3. The winner led the field all I tic way and won, by a neck. Time, 1.10. MSORDER DESTROYED. I CHRISTCHURCH, Wednesday. Disorder, who was in a bad way for some time as a result ot contracting some form of'blood poisoning, gave little signs of recovery, and she was destroyed yesterday.
