SHANSI REVOLT. INDICATIONS OF REVIVAL. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel.—Copyright. (Received March 10, 10.35 a.m.) SHANGHAI, March IS. Official reports from Nanking indicate a revival of the Shansi revolt, which was earlier reported as threatening the existence of the Nanking Govrenment but quickly subsided for no apparent reason, though it is believed it was duo to General Yen Hsliian and Feng Yuah Hiang not receiving the support expected from several neighbouring militarists. It is reported that the real reason for the rebellion being delayed was the failure of the rebels’ munitions to arrive from abroad. SHANGHAI, March IS. The opinion here is to the effect that the rebellion will lie successful and that the Nanking Government will be ousted, but there is a noticeable calmness in financial circles which docs not support this view.
