JUDGMENT SUMMONSES.
ORDERS MADE. HAMILTON MAGISTRATE’S 'COURT, In the Hamilton Magistrate’s Court this morning, before Mr. J. G. L. Hewitt, S.M., orders were made in favour of plaintiff in the following judgment summons cases:— Dominion Motors, Ltd., v. H. R. Harvey, £36 10s 6d, in default 30 days’ imprisonment, warrant to be suspended for three months. R. A. Grigs v'. J. Martin, £8 2s 3d, in default eight days, warrant to be suspended for seven days. F. T. Williams v. J. Shaw, £1 ißs id, in default one day’s imprisonment, warrant to be suspended so long as defendant pays 10s a month off the amount, the first payment to be made on April 18. Prosser and Mason v. C. H. Warneford, £0 15s, in default six days’ imprisonment. RicUl and Co., Ltd., v. H. Adams, £7 7s (Id, in default seven days’ imprisonment. F. Young v. T. Henry, £22 9s. in default 22 days’ imprisonment, warrant to be suspended so long as 10s a month is paid off amount for two months, and thereafter £1 per month, the first payment to be made on April IS.
