(BY ELECTRIC TELEOBAPH.-COPTRWHT.) Tanoiers, January 23. An English attache has returned here from Fez, where he had gone to inter* view the Sultan on the mattere in dispute . with England. He reports that the Sultan was most gracious and accorded bim a hearty reception. Himan, the leader of the: recent revolt, is again becoming troublesome, and is raiding the country at the head of a large body of Augherites.
