Abnold and Samuel Morley execus tors,; are suing two brothers named Loughman, of Shoreham, who belong to the sect of Plymouth Brethren, for obtaining'£l4o,ooo from Henry Mor» ley, by undue influence, The latter, who was epileptic, left his family and became childishly attached to the Loughmans, eventually committing suicide. The defence is that he was only subject to religious mania. January 21.
In the case brought by Arnold and Samuel Morley against the brethers Loughman, the evidence showed that Henry Morley withdrew his capital from his brother's firm, and gave Lougham brothers £50,000 and a large sum to charities, stating that he was surrounded by a pack of swindlers.
