Mr Palmer when at Wellington visited Mr Ballance who was very weak and ill, The Premier health does not show any improvement, and it has been suggested to Mrs Ballance that he should be taken on a sea trip. • Mr Ballance iinfnttunatelly cannot divest his mind of his official cares and the inevitable worries which beset the head of the Government,
