Bucklano and Sons' Rkronr.—At the Haymarket, during the past week meadow bay brought from 28 lid to 4s per cwt; outs, 2d 2d to 2a 4d; wheat, 2s 7d; maize, 2a lid to 3s Id the bushel. On Friday, horse stock in usual number sold freely; useful horses brought from £9 to JL'l2; medium, £5 to JL'B each. On Tuesday, hides in greater number than usual were at late values; no heavy hides ottered; light to medium ox brought from 2{d to 3Jd; cow hides, lfd to 2Jd; calfskins, 3d to 4Jd por lb; tallow, 15s to lfls; bones, -Is the cwt; sheepskins, Is (id to 3s Sd; lambskins, Sd to Is 7d; polts, Cd to Is 3d each, At the country cattlo sales, held on Monday at Pokeno, and on Wednesday at Drury, young cattlo were yarded nuinorously and fully kept their late values; calves to yearlings, mixed sexes, brought from 24s to 50s; three-year-old steers from £5 to £5 ss; quiet cows near their profit, £4 to £5 15s each, At Remuera, on Thursday, the stoppage of the train above Rangiriri by the floods occasioned a moderate market of f.tt stock. Cattle were firm, at last week's quotations—22s per 1001b for steSrs, of fair to good quality. Sheep were better worth about Is each, Dairy cattle at profit were in less numbers than umal, and dull of side—prices ranged from £3lss to £5 each. Calves and yearlings were lmver than hitherto, from 2s (id to 5i each. Fresh store cows and steors kept thnir late valiios, Fat calves and pigs in short supply, were at extrem'o values Prices for fat steors ranged from £G 15s to £10; for fat cows, fiom £4 10s to £7 2s Gd; wothera, 10s to 15s Sd; ewes, 8s to lis 3d; fat sheep, mixed sexes, 8s Cd to 10i 9d; porkers, 2!)s to 34s each ; store crossbred wethers, 7s each.

Messrs Hunter and Nolan's Refort.Horsofoed, grain, seeds, otc.: Although the quantities brought forward have been small, they were ample for requirements. We quote: Oats from 2s 3d to 2s fid; maize, 2s 10d to 3s 3d per bushel; bran, £4 per ton ; oaten chaff, £3 5s to £4 per ton. Horses: There has beon an increased supply and a better demand has existed, but there has been very little chango in value, Thero were a good many entries for disposal by auction at tho Durham Yards; bidding was brisk throughout the sale, and with few exceptions lots wero cleared, Wo quote : Hacks from £4 to £l3 15s; light harness horses, £5 10s to £l2 17s Gd; medium draught, £l3; heavy draught, £l4 to £22. The racehorse Belmont brought 150 guineas. Wool, hides, skins, tallow, ivid bones were pitched in moderate quantities, We quote: Heavy ox hides, 3.Jd to 41d per lb; medium, 24d to 3d; cow, Ud to 2Jd; calf skins, 3d to 4|d per lb; sheep skins, Is Ud to 3s (id each; i>elts, Is; limb skins, Is Id to Is 6d; wool, fleeces, 5d to Gd per lb; pieces, 2sd to 4id per lb; tallow, 15s to 17s Gd per cwt; bones, £4 per ton. We sold the fum of 66 acres, lately the property of Mr Geo, Keogh, at Pukeitohe, for £240. Cattle; We hold no country sale since last report, but there was a good muster at Newmarket on Tuesday, and competition for all descriptions was spirited. We quote: Calves, 21s to 30s; yearlings, 25s to 37s 6d; eighteen-months-oid steers, £llos to £2los; grown steers, £3los to £5 ss; dry cows, £3 to £3los; beef, 21s to 23s per 1001b, in brisk demand, Some averages of fat steers were: £8 las, £8 ss, £8 2s, £7l6s lid, £7los sd; cows, £0 as, £6 2s (id, £5 ss, £4 15s, £3 10s, Sheep were penned in increased numbers at Newmarket mi Tuesday, and were in good demand.
