Nominations for the Handicap Hurdles, Ngaruawahia Cup, Ngaruawahia Plate, and Flying Stakes to be sent to the Secretary, Ngaruawahia, before 9 p.m. on 7th January, 1893. Handicaps to appear on or about the 10th January, 1893. Acceptances to be.declared before 9 p.m. on January 14th, 1593, the day of general entry. Five per cent, deducted from all stakes to go towards improving the racecourse. The meeting held, and all races run, subject to the rules of the Auckland Racing Club,. No entry shall be received except on this conditiou: That all disputes and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards or those whom they may appoint. Entries, nominations, and acceptances must be accompanied by the necessary cash or cheque. Special attention is drawn to this rule, as there will be no exception. The attentiou of horse-owners is particularly drawn to the following rule : That the pedigree, age, performances, and colours must accompany the nomination of every horse, Bookmakers' fee, 10s 6(1.
