It is also to be enlarged and popularised, so as to be the official newspaper, not only of the diocese, but of each p'rish and district. MR A/.EXANDER MACKIE, finding that his invention for the preserving of photographs in tombstones is much approved of by those who have seen it, has considered that it would be advantageous to obtain a patent for the same. He has therefore, applied for protection for the invention, and he is now prepared to execute orders for the insertion of photographs in tombstones £2 REWARD. The above reward will be paid to anyone who will give such information as will lead to the conviction of the party, or parties, who systematically steal Mr Peter Rice's copy of The Waikato Times, which is left at Messrs Williamson Bros.' gate on the Te Rore Road.
