R. M, COURT, HUNTLY.
Tuesday.— (Refute Capt. Jackson, R.M.) Cloct v. Himiona and Kauana.—This was an action for threatening behaviour and assault arisine nut of the disputed ownership of pigs. The evidence was very lengthy and not at all characterised by Biiconian clearness, and after hearing one of the ch-u'ges, the case was adjourned until next Court day, February Bth, 1893. Fkiaii, Davies and Co. v. George Weston. —Claim, £3 17s lid goods supplied. Defendant had paid £2 on account since issue of summons. —Judgment for plaintiff for balance and costs.
