November 10.—Wool: We held our fourth sale of the season on 7th inst., when we submitted a catalogue of 2,078 bales, and sold 1,874 bales. There was a large attendance ot buyers and a marked improvement in the tone of the market, the bidding being much more animated than was the case nt the sales held a fortnight ago. The Cjntinenla! buyers were the largest purchasers of Merino wool suited to their requirements, and Yorkshire secured the best lots of crosstreds; indeed tho demand for crossbred wools was the leading characteristic of the sale, and some very satisfactory prices were secured for wools of this description.
