CONSOLATION' STAKES, of - sovs. For all beaten horses. One mile. CONDITION'S. All races to be run under the Auckland Racing Club's rules. All disputes to be decided by the Stewards, whose decision will be final. E<-ery protest to be accompanied by lsov., which will be forfeited if the protest be deemed frivolous. No nomination or acceptance will be received unless accompanied by the necessary amount in cash. Nomination for first and third events will close with the Secretary ou December Sth. Weights will appear in The Waikato Times on or about Tuesday, December 13th. Acceptances aud general entries close on WEDNESDAY, December 21st.
