Nominations for Novel Race, and first forfeit (20s) Waikato Produce Stakes, together with acceptance (10s (id), to be made to the Secretary before 9 p.m. on FRIDAY, Decembei 2nd (day of general entry). Waikato Produck Stakes.—Second forfeit to be declared by 12 noon on THURSDAY, December 15th, or nominator will be liible for whole stake. Five per cent, to be deducted from all stakes to go to improvement of the course. No nominations or acceptances will be received on any pretence whatever after the hour named, or without being accompanied with the necessary ainouutof cash. Attention of horse-owners is particularly called to this regulation. Any jockey riding except in the colours entered will be fined 3sovs. Performances and descriptions of the horses and riders' colours to be sent in with all nominations or acceptances. All races run subject to the rules of the South Auckland Racing Club, as well as the Metropolitan rules. Mr H. JI. liayr, of Auckland, is authorised to receive nominations, etc.
