Waikato Produck Stakes.—Second forfeit to be declared by 12 noon on THURSDAY, December 15th, or nominator will be liable for whole stake. Five per cent, to be deducted from all stakes to go to improvement of the course. No nominations or acceptances will be received on any pretence wintever after the hour named, or without being accompanied with the necessary amouutof cash. Attention of horse-owners is particularly called to this regulation. Any jockey riding except in the colours entered will be fined 3sovs Performances and descriptions of the horses aud riders' colours to be seut in with all nominations or acceptances.
