At the distance Glenlolh was two lenaths abend of Chatham, who was followed by Rondi, Penance, Oxide, and The Admiril, A hundred yards from home Penance came with a great run, but failed to maintain it, never getting nearer than third to Glenloth and Ronda, the former eventually winning Tery easily by three lengths from Rondn, who in turn was a leiißth and a-half in front of Penanc.f, The Admiral a gond fourth, with Clonard, Paris, Hopetoun, Malvolio, Attalus, Jericho, Enuc, and Correze following in the order named. The. last four to pass the nost wore Liltlo Bernie, Star of Erin, John S.. and Althotas. Time, 3m. 3GJs.
Glenloth was kept in a gnnd position in the centre of the field iill the way, after being steadied at the start, but was nearly brought down by Pilot Boy when he fell.
