(BY KLKCTKIC TKI.EGIiAPH—COPTRIOKT). London', October 31. Messrs Weivdkl (of Weddel and Co,), the well-known meat salesmen ; Oscar De Satze. Director of the Union Mortgage and Agency Company of Australia ; R. Gray, and Villiers Brown have gone to Havre to inspect the Otaraina's meat. The French Minister for War or an agent is expected also to be present to test the usefulness of the meat for army purposes. Later. The Otarama's frozen moat is reported to be in perfect condition.
