Distance, two and a-half miles. FREE HANDICAP TROT, of 15 sovs. For all horses that have not won a race at the meet : ng. Acceptance, 10s, immediately after the Handicap Hurdles. Distance, two miles. DATES OF NOMINATIONS, ACCEPTANCES, ETC. Nominations close with the Secretary, at Cambridge, or with Mr W. Bloomfield, East, Auckland, on FRIDAY, 4th November, 1592, at 10 p.m. Ha idicaps to appear about the 11th November, 1892. Acceptances close with the Secretary, at Cambridge, or with Mr W. Bloomfield, Durham-street East, Auckland, on FRIDAY, ISth November, 1892. RULES AND REGULATIONS. In all trots time handicaps. All riders to wear colours, boots, and breeches in accordance with rule 123. All weights 10at in trotting races. Previous performances must be sent in with the nominations in all cases where they have not already been notified to the Club, and the horses started at a meeting of the Auckland Trotting Club. On no pretence whatever will nomination or acceptance money be returned through a pony being over height. Stakes paid less 5 per cent, for expenses of course. Every trainer shall have his horse at the post ready to start at the time appointed by the Stewards, and every jockey is to be weighed out ten minutes before the advertised time for starting the race. Any jocfceynot being weighed out at least 10 mi-'it s before the said advertised time will be fined in a sum not leas than 2 sovs, and not exceeding 10 sovs, On no pretence whatever will any rider be weighed out after that time. Every trainer not having his horse at the post ready to start at that time may be fined in a sum not exceeding 10 sovs. Special attention of owners, trainers, and jockeys is directed to the above rule, which will be Btrictly enforced. Judges of trotting having been appointed, any horse in their opinion not trotting fairly may be called out from taking any further part in the race. Any jockey refusing to come out when called by the said judges may be fined or disq italified. No entry will be received for any race except on this condition : " That all disputes, claims, and objections arising from the carrying oat of the programme shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or whoever they may appoint. Their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of this programme to be final." The Committee or Stewards may call upon any owner to prove to their satisfaction the bona fides of his horse at any time or in any manner they may desire.
