SILVER COINAGE.
(BY ELECTRIC TELEfiRAPH.— COPYRIGHT.) Loxdox, October 3. Mr Muxro, Agent-General of Victoria, intends to wait on Sir W. V. Harcourfc, Chancellor of the Exchequer, to urge upon liini the injustice of depriving a colony coining silver of any of the profits. He is also anxious to learn if any arrangement has been concluded with New South Wales or the other colonies.
