Fowler, President of the Local Government Board; Mr Mundella, President of the Board of Trade. These, with Messrs Cainpbell-Bannennan, /. Morley, Sir W. Vernon Harcourt, or Lord Rosebery, will, according to the Standard, form the Cabinet.

The Daily News, however, states that the Marquis of Ripon, Lord Kimberloy, Sir G. Trevelyan, and Mr J. Bryce will also bo in the Cabinet, and that Lord Brassey will be Lord Lieutenant of Ireland; Earl Kimberloy or Lord Carringtou, Secretary of State for the Colonies ; and Sir C. Russell, Attorney-General.

To-day's cable re the Cabinet is confirmed with the following additions ; —Lord Kimberloy will bo Secretary of State for the Indian Departand Lord President of th e Council ; Sir G. O. Trevelyan, Secretary for Scotland ; Mr J. Morley, PostmasterGeneral; Mr C. T. Dyke, Vice-Presid-ent of tho Education Department; Lord Houghton. Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland. The latter will not have a seat in the Cabinet.

It is officially announced that the Marquis of Ripon has accepted a as Secretary of State for the Colonies.
