ALBANIAN REVOLT.
(by electric telegraph.—copyright). I Constantinople, July 30. Information has .been received that 15,000 armed Albanians have surrounded Jakoya, a town sixty-seven miles E.N.E. o'f Scutari, on the White Driu. The Turkish Governor with five battalions of troops and six batteries of artillery has gone to suppress the revolt.
