(BY ELECTRIC TBLEGHAPH.— COPYRIGHT) London, July 27. The report and balance-sheet to bo submitted at the annual meeting of shareholders of the Bank of New Zealand show the year's profits to have amounted to £60,000. The directors recommend a further dividend of 5 per cent., the placing of £15,000 to the reserve fund, and the carrying forward of £18,000.
