London, July 22. THE New Zealand Loun and Mercantile Agency's debentures will be issued on Tuesday at 94, redeemable in GO years. July 23. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Co.'s debentures have been fully underwritten. It is understood that the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company's debentures have already been subscribed, and that it is intended to create one uniform debenture stock.
