AT the R.M. Court, Hamilton, on Friday, before Captain Jackson, R.M., tho following cases were decided : — KißiKiiußOA Roaij Board v. Noah Anderson. —Claim 4a 2d for rates due.. Judgment for amount and costs. A. J. Pakkes v. F. O'Nsill.—Claimed £3 17a for wages. Mr Dyer appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr O'Neill for the defendant. Judgment was given for the plaintiff for £1 ISs and costs, £1 (s*. P. Le Qdbssb v. A. Smith.—Claim £5 7s for dishonoured order, Judgment for amount claimed aud costs, to be paid at 12j per month.
