Notices-, _ r lIENRY BREWER, , Sheriff of the District of Auckland, hereby give notice that under four separate writs of sale issued out of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Auckland by (1) John Gwynneth of Cambridge surveyor against Harete Tamahana of Maungakawa aboriginal native (2) James Hally of Cambridge solicitor against Hote te Waharoa of Warepapa aboriginal native (3) Edwin Barnes Walker and William Louis Campbell Williams, of Cambridge settlers against the above-named Hote te Waharoa (4) The above-named Edwin Barnes Walker and William Louis Campbell Williams against Tana te Waharoa of Maungakawa aboriginal native I have taken in execution all the Estate Right and Interest (to wit the one undivided sixth share) of each of the above - named defendants Harete Tamahana Hote te Waharoa and Tana te Waharoa in all that piece of land in the District of Waikato containing Ss7a Or and 23p more or less and called or known by the name of the " Maungatautari No. 4a " Block and being the whole of the land comprised in volume 24 folio 413 of the Provincial Register Book

And I farther give notice that I shall cause the Estate .Right and Interest of each of the above-named defendants in the above-mentioned Land to be SOLD hy public auction at the' Mart of Messrs S. Cochraue and Son Queen-street, Auckland ou THURSDAY the lltii day of August 1892 at 12 o'clock noon.
