Notice is hereby given that it ia proposed, under the provisions of " The Public Works Act, ISS2," to execute a certain public work, to wit the construction of a road thrcugh Sections Nos. 40, 41, and 42, Parish of Waipa, Provincial District of Auckland, and for the purposes of uuch public work tho lands described in the Schedule hereto v re required to be taken ; and. notice ia ftittliT given that the plan of the said road and of the lands so required to be taken is deposited at i.hu Post Office, Ngaruawahia, and is theroopen for inspection. And notice is hereby given that all 'persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the tuking of tho said lands shall, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such lands, set forth tho same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister for Public Works, Wellington.
