(BY ELECTRIC TELKORAI'U.—COPYRIGHT. Sydney, July 2. A. strike o£ Broken Hill miners is iuxminent owiug to tlie mine-owners insisting ou the light to stopd oro by contract. July 4. The miners at Broken Hill are to bo called out immediately. The mineii affocted will bo the Proprietary, British, Block No. 10, Central South, and North, Junction aiifl Kound Hill. The sinelters s,nd surfacemen have also decided to strike. The total number of men called out is about six thousand.
