Notices. Notice of intention to take land for portion of ngarua-WAHIA-AKITEA ROAD. Notice is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of " The Public Works Act, 1882," to execute a certain public work, to wit the construction of a road thrcugh Sections Nob. 40, 41, and 42, Parish of Waipa, Provincial District of Auckland, and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto rre required to be takenand notice is further given that the plan of the said road and of the lands so required to be taken is deposited at the Post Office, Ngaruawahia, and is there open for inspection. And notice is hereby given that all affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said Jands shall, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such lands, set forth the same vn writing, aud send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister for Public Works, Wellington.
