Mr Samuel Plitnsoll has issued a pamphlet appealing to the Nonconformists to support tho Marquis of Salisbury at tho election. Mr W. Stead, in the Review of Reviews, discussing Foreign Affairs, especially as regards Egypt, declares that tho change in the English Ministry would be a change for the worse.
